Shannon O’Brien
Sales and Marketing
Shannon O’Brien has been involved in Residential Remodeling since 1996. His roles range from Sales and Marketing to Project Management. Shannon earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Towson State University and has completed extensive industry training, including NKBA, NARI, and all product certifications for Premier Remodeling and Design’s offered products and services. He has sold and managed over 15 million dollars in residential remodeling and has over 2,500 clients. His focus on marketing and customer service led to increasing sales volume by 100%, 5 years in a row. With extensive experience and customers’ valued feedback, Shannon and Vitto created “The Premier Customer Experience” (a structured customer involvement process focused on communication). Shannon has established an exceptional customer satisfaction standard; over 70% of clients are repeat customers or referrals. n 2009, Shannon was invited to represent the Mid-Atlantic region in the VSI “Think Tank” involving the impact of the new economy on vinyl siding industry. He has experience designing kitchens for every budget and specializes in redesigning home floor plans to meet the changing needs of homeowners..
